LDC supported the expansion of the Surf City Christian Preschool — adding classrooms, play areas and supporting site improvements at an active church and school campus.

Building on a small, fully operational church and preschool campus while keeping student drop-off, parking and play areas safe and continuous.

- Phased site work around the school calendar to minimize disruption to families.
- Reorganized circulation so drop-off and pick-up stayed safe through construction.
- Worked closely with the City on stormwater compliance for the expanded impervious area.
Outcome
What got built
An expanded preschool facility that serves more Huntington Beach families on the same campus.
