A neighborhood-serving Big Saver Foods grocery in Los Angeles. LDC provided the civil engineering and preliminary surveying needed to take the project from concept toward construction.

Fitting a full grocery footprint — parking, loading and customer access — into a dense urban infill site within the City of Los Angeles.

- Worked the site plan around delivery and trash access first, then optimized parking around it.
- Solved drainage with an on-site system that complied with LA's stormwater requirements.
- Kept permitting on a predictable path with City staff.
