LDC supported the Anaheim YMCA's expansion with the civil design needed to add parking and improve site circulation — keeping the facility open and accessible to members throughout construction.

- Designed the expansion in phases so existing parking and entries stayed open at every stage.
- Solved drainage on a flat, hardscape-heavy site by tying into existing storm infrastructure.
- Kept ADA access continuous from public right-of-way to the facility entries.
